We offer a variety of different support services to help you through the grieving process. We have been through the loss of beloved pets before and know that it is just like losing a close family member or even worse for some of us. We offer grief support through memorialization and we are here for you in any way we can.
Our viewing room is available for you and your family to help put you at ease to say your final goodbye to your loved one. This private setting allows family and friends to gather in ceremony. We will support and guide you through making arrangements that fit your needs. Of course, we offer our personal support. As a family of pet owners, we feel for every pet and person that comes to our facility.
Avow Cares bereavement team is available to support those who have suffered the loss of a pet. Avow Pet Loss Support Groups create a caring and supportive environment for those grieving after the loss of a pet. The group is open to the public and there is no cost to join. You can attend as many groups as you like.

Staff are available during regular office hours to talk in person or over the phone. Depending on community need, they may also schedule a public support group meeting.
Our grief support also includes coloring books for kids and adults alike, as well as pamphlets to help walk you through the grieving process with phone numbers to multiple pet loss hotlines if you need extra care.
